Welcome to the Divine Wellness Academy by Phil413Fitness. My mission is to inspire and empower my clients to make transformational lifestyle changes through Christ-centered principles.

Phil413Fitness - The Divine Wellness Academy

It was after suffering a career ending knee injury while playing football in college that I first developed a passion for pursuing fitness as a profession. It was through learning my own limitations and discovering the infinite possibilities in pursuing God’s design for my life that I found my true life's ambition. My goal is to inspire, motivate and coach others to take control of their health. It’s possible to get into the very best physical and mental shape of your life while still giving all the glory to God.

I believe that to be at our best we must focus on all aspects of our lives. Most importantly, we must have a love for God and others. It’s through this love that I hope to help people discover the connection between their physical and spiritual health.

No matter what your current level of health and fitness, you can make significant improvements by rededicating yourself to living a healthy lifestyle. The Divine Wellness Academy can help you achieve those goals!
